Wayne Riggs is an American artist of 45. Back from Vietnam, he decided to make a full-time occupation of creating images. The artist emphasizes that his works represent a continuous experiment in lights and colours. Riggs holds that Rome has the most suggestive light among European cities. The purpose of his exhibition is to demonstrate how this "Roman light" has brought depth and intensity about his wondrous imagery.
Riggs has exhibited his works in several successful events in the US, in SF, NY, Atlanta, Orlando etc.
His pictures are featured by some of the most relevant permanent collections in the world, notably the "Metropolitan", NY; the "Municipal Art Gallery", LA; the "High Museum of Art", Atlanta (GA) and the "Musée des Beaux Arts", Le Havre, France.
